How do I receive my product(s)?

We provide two options – shipping and self pick-up.

When you check out from your shopping cart, you may choose “Shipping” or “Pick-up” under the Delivery Methods section. 

 

(i.)SHIPPING

 

Where do you deliver to?

As of now, we only deliver orders within Malaysia. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We cover most of the areas in Malaysia EXCEPT some areas in East Malaysia.

To find out if your area is covered by our courier company, please refer to the selected shipping service upon checking out from your shopping cart after placing your order.

Should your area is not covered by any of the courier company, please WhatsApp us at 016-6101313 for further assistance.

 

When will I receive my order?

  • For delivery within Peninsular Malaysia, orders will be processed and shipped out between 3 to 5 business days once payment is completed.
  • For delivery to East Malaysia, orders will be processed and shipped out between 7 to 14 business days once payment is completed.

Customers may use the tracking information given via email to check the delivery status. 

 

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery fee is based on the courier company of your choice. To know about the actual fee for your order, please refer to the delivery fee of your selected courier company upon checking out from your shopping cart.

 

Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?

All delivery date and time will be determined by the courier company. Customers are not able to choose a specific date and time for delivery. 

 

How can I check the shipment status?

You will receive the tracking information via email once your order is completed. You can use the information given to track your shipment. 

 

I missed the delivery, what should I do now?

If you were not available at your shipping address, a Delivery Note or message will be left behind for the customer to call back. You may communicate with the courier company for second attempt of the shipment or pick up at the nearest branch. 

 

The item was damaged or lost during shipment, what should I do?

Please WhatsApp us at 016-6101313 should your item is lost of damaged during shipment. 

 

(ii.)PICK-UP

 

Do you provide self-collection service?

Yes. When you check out from your shopping cart, please choose the “Pick-Up” option.

You may choose to pick up from Annkang Wellness HQ or self-collect from pgeon. Learn more about self-collecting from pgeon here.
