This if my first time placing an order. How should I do it?
Step 1: To place an order, go to the icon-profile on the upper right of the page and click on it.
Step 2: Sign up to create an account (you may sign in with this account for future orders).
Step 3: Select products and add to cart.
Step 4: View your cart and click on “Check Out.”
Step 5: Select your delivery method.
Step 6: Key in all shipping details.
Step 7: Key in or confirm your billing details.
Step 8: Key in your remarks (if any).
Step 9: Key in the voucher code (if any) and click “Apply.”
Step 10: Then click on the “Continue” button.
Step 11: Select your preferred shipping method.
Step 12: Choose your preferred payment method (Online Banking/e-Wallet/Credit Card).
Step 13: Check your order details again to ensure that all details are correct.
Step 14: If all details are correct, click on the “Place Order Now” button. Upon placing your order, it will be deemed that the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, are understood and accepted for your order.
Step 15: Complete your payment and your order will be processed in no time!
How will I know if my order has been successfully placed?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
Can I amend my order?
Yes, if your order has not been processed or packed. If you order has already been processed and packed for delivery, you are not allowed to amend your order. If you wish to wish to amend your order, please WhatsApp your enquiry to 016 - 610 1313.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order has not been processed or packed, and with a valid reason. If you order has already been processed and packed for delivery, you are not allowed to cancel your order. If you wish to wish to cancel your order, please WhatsApp your enquiry to 016 - 610 1313.
Will I be able to get a refund upon cancellation of my order?
All cancellation of orders with a valid reason within 7 days from the date of purchase will get a refund. It takes 14 working days for the refund process to complete, starting from the date your order has been successfully cancelled.
My early order has been cancelled, why?
Your order will be cancelled automatically if the payment is not completed within 3 calendar days. Kindly whatsapp us if you would like to restore your order. Alternatively, you may place a new order instead.
Other than ordering online, how can I get to purchase Annkang products?
Yes, you may also walk into our PJ office to purchase directly. However, you can only purchase the products at our retail price. The 10% discount off our retail price is only applicable to purchases made via our e-Commerce.
