Company Refund Policy and Product Satisfaction Guarantee

1. The company guarantees high quality products, in the event of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, customer or associate can exchange the product within 30 days from the date of purchase, a valid reason must be provided and must be enclosed with the original product invoice. The products returned must be in good condition, unopened, unaltered and product shelf-life must be at least 6 months before expiry. Return policy do not apply to negligence, mishandling, alteration and any unfair treatment to the products.

2. Upon voluntary resignation of membership, Associate may apply to return any unused products within 180 days from the date of purchase, a valid reason must be provided and must be enclosed with the original product invoice. The products returned must be in good condition, unopened, unaltered and product shelf-life must be at least 6 months before expiry. Refund policy does not apply to negligence, mishandling, alteration and any unfair treatment to the products. Upon approval, amount refunded is based on Member Price, less total bonuses paid on the original purchase, and any promotion or incentives paid under the respective sales campaign, and 10% service charge from Member Price.

3. Literature and other non-consumable items are not returnable under this policy unless otherwise required by law. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. The company will be generous in its application of this policy, but reserves the right to reject returns and abuses of this satisfaction guarantee by excessively returning products and in cases involving fraud or manipulation of the Compensation Plan.

4. The company has the right to claw back up-line commission previously paid for the sale of such products in the case of an approved refund. Commission will be deducted from future commission payments to those who received such commissions.
